Contacting the Parish Council
You can contact the Parish Council by telephone, in writing (by both letter and E-mail) and in-person during an ‘open forum’ held at Parish Council meetings. Most queries should be directed to the Clerk to the Council (please see below).
The Clerk will endeavour to answer any queries as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that the Clerk works part-time twenty three hours per week (usually between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday).
Please note that all Councillors are unpaid volunteers and may have full-time jobs or other commitments (so they may not be able to respond straight away).

Parish Council Meetings
If you would like to ask a question or raise an issue in person, you may do so at one of the Parish Council’s monthly meetings. This can be done during an ‘open forum’ before the main meeting commences . It would be helpful if you could notify the Clerk to the Council in advance of the meeting should you wish to speak about anything as (in certain cases) we may be able to add this to the agenda for discussion. There is no obligation to do so however. The ‘open forum’ starts at 7.00pm and ends at 7.30pm. Residents may stay on after 7.30pm to witness proceedings, however they are not able to make comments after 7.30pm.
Meeting Dates
Parish Council Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month (except during August and on Bank Holidays).
