Forthcoming meetings
Public participation is welcome at the Open Forum session each month. If you have a question or comment for the Parish Council, please e-mail the Clerk using subject title “For the meeting” at least 10 days prior to the monthly meeting.
2023 Meetings
Parish Council meeting are generally held on the 1st Monday of each month (except August) unless this is a Bank holiday and alternate between the two villages.
Meeting minutes
Below is a summary of the various Parish Council meetings. Minutes from meetings will normally be made available on this site one month or so after the meeting date i.e. after they have been approved by the Council (or relevant Committee) at the following monthly meeting.
Recent Meetings
Note: Once they are approved by the Council, minutes are duly signed by the Chair. Signatures are not shown on minutes posted on our website in order to avoid the risk of signature fraud. Signed copies are made available for inspection as part of the annual audit.
Parish Council meeting minutes often contain abbreviations and terms which some people may be unfamiliar with. Our jargon buster helps to explain what these mean.
